I will just post a quick note this evening to let you all know we had another good day.  The weather was perfect for being out with all the different teams and all were very productive.  Service and medical were at the church all day, while the other teams visited a variety of sites in Villa Nueva (a close suburb of Guatemala City). We are now preparing for dinner and another worship service at Iglesia Renuevo.  Mark will give the message tonight and the mime will perform Forgiven By His Love.

The word for tonight is from Lamentations 3:22-23. "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."  We have definitely experienced this already, and will undoubtedly continue to claim this promise over the course of the trip.

We leave for Malacatan in the morning.  I will post more about today's events before we get on the road and try to add some more pictures (my camera battery died so I will have to recharge it tonight to get the pictures off).  See you in the morning!

    Love reading the posts! Praying for all of you as you travel tomorrow. Rest and recharge before you begin to serve in a new area. I'm trusting the Lord will continue to provide for everything you need, down to the smallest detail.

    Tyler I hope you are loving the food in Guatemala and haven't had to break into your stash of granola bars. I miss you! Keep the balloon animals and the puppet shows making it easier to connect with the children! I know how much you care about the children! Keep the energy fresh. JOI!
