Airport Reminder

It´s hard to believe that we will be home in two days. Just wanted to remind all parents to be at the aiport to pick up your children. Our Continental Airlines flight from Houston will be arriving in Minneapolis at about 2:15 PM. Hope to see as many of you at baggage claim as possible.

It would also be great to have several families who live closer to church stop by church on your way back home to help unload our team service bags from the truck.

The students are loving R & R. We are at a beautiful hotel. It´s called Tiosh Abaj Hotel y Restaurante. You can see where we are online by visiting http://www.turicentroioshabaj.com. See you Sunday!

    Brian,
We want to thank you and all the leaders for making this trip possible for Peter and the entire team. What a wonderful experience you have all had. Just giving our kids the chance to see how their small sacrifice of time can make God real to those they have met...what a blessing. This blog has allowed us to have a glimpse of what you are all experiencing and it has also given Amy and others a chance to see what they can possibly expect next year!! Thank you for alowing God to work through you and others to further his kingdom!! Blessings to you all -- have a safe trip home. Love, Mark and Lee Anne Anderson

    Hi Peter Anderson-
We trust you can enjoy these days of relaxing and reflecting before the rush of summer begins! Have you had a chance to give away your possessions to those in need? Any chance to buy something that you can have in your dorm room to remind you of this trip? We are very proud of how God has used you and the entire team! See you on Sunday! Lots of love, Dad and Mom

    Hey Chels,

We are praying for you a ton as you prepare to say goodbye to your new Guatemala friends. Have you seen any of the street boys? David, the Twins, and possibly Cruz? If you do say hello from us. Give a hug to Mellisa, Alex, Otto, & Dora if you see them before you come home. Also hugs to Jaime & Betty.
Riley just barked at another dog on TV... nothing new! We are praying for you as you prepare for re-entry into U.S. life. We will give you some space, but also look forward to stories of your experiences.

We love you tons and look forward to seeing you on the 24th (hint, hint).

    Mom & Dad

Hey Ma! Every time I hang out with the Children´s team I have flashbacks to the year we lead that team (that´s a good thing). Some things are still the same - great people, fun kids at the schools, and lots of quality time with the plunger.

Thanks for the notes and the prayers. Maybe we´ll cross paths sometime this summer.

    See ya.

    Pa

    Brian and Tim,

Enjoy your last day! Looking forward to having you both back. Thanks for all you've done for the kids. Hope the trip home goes well, especially in light of the tight flight connection.

Tim, I have a meeting at church tomorrow at noon and I will likely go from there to Kristina's grad party. Bret is working, so please call my cell phone when you are ready to be picked up from church. I'm not sure what Kyle is up to. We will probably be taking 2 cars to church. Kyle will bring the kids home after the 10:15 hour.

Take care and see you tomorrow.

    Kerry

    Tim and Chris,
I hope that you are fully enjoying this last day of your trip. What wonderful things God has done both for you and through you. We have read the blogs and listened to the phone messages each day, hoping to see and hear what new opportunities He has given you to share the Gospel. You will soon see how your billboards have affected people all over. God is so awesome! We can't wait to hear all about everything. Praying for a safe flight and a timely connectiing flight.
    We love you,
